Day 1
Chilling out at work now - everyone’s in a meeting so it’s ridiculously quiet. It’s been relatively easy so far, as I’ve been asleep for the majority of my diet day. The Beginning
Okay, so i just had my last big blowout meal at my friend’s house for her brother’s birthday. It was… well, it was a feast worthy of a thousand feasts. But tomorrow is the first day (hopefully the start of an unbroken chain of days) of my diet.
